UX Project - Canvas Cloud - A conference streaming app

Problem
Currently, Canvas faces the challenge of being overshadowed by larger conferences such as UX Copenhagen and Ted Talks. Despite its smaller scale, Canvas aims to overcome this obstacle by expanding its reach and fostering a stronger sense of community among its attendees.

Insight
Ted Talks rose to prominence by broadcasting its talks online, making it accessible to a global audience. Similarly, popular streaming services like Netflix and Disney Plus have gained widespread use by offering exclusive shows and movies that can only be found on their platforms. Users today seek out apps and services that offer unique and valuable content, rather than those that are used only once or sporadically. In order for Canvas to become a widely used app, it must provide content that users find compelling and engaging, prompting them to use it on a regular basis.

Solution
Canvas Cloud is a conference streaming platform that creates a global community of makers and product people. The app is available on various devices, including phones, tablets, TVs, and flight entertainment screens, providing users with access to conference content anytime and anywhere. This is particularly beneficial for people with busy schedules. Live-streamed conferences and interactive features allow users to engage with speakers and other guests, creating an engaging experience. Canvas Cloud also promotes networking and learning through interactive sessions, workshops, and platforms, connecting attendees regardless of their location. The app’s availability on flight entertainment screens also presents a unique opportunity to attract new users and increase its user base.
